This is your assurance that we select the conscientious tenants you want living in your apartment—or in your neighbor’s building.

Whether it is an exclusive luxury apartment or a more classic apartment, it remains a significant investment that should be protected and generate the best possible return.

We often find tenants who work for international companies or embassies and need rental housing for a fixed-term stay. In particular, we frequently arrange rental homes in Copenhagen and North Zealand.

Apartment letting – when specialist knowledge matters

If you own a single two- or three-room apartment in a good location, we are the right partner to assist you. The more expensive and exclusive an apartment is, the more challenging it can be to find the right tenant at the right time. If you own several larger apartments—or perhaps an entire property—and regularly need to find new tenants, a professional partner can be a significant advantage.

We are happy to visit and review your apartment or apartment complex with you and provide our assessment of the rent you may be able to charge. This allows you to evaluate whether it would be a worthwhile investment to let us manage the entire letting process.

If we begin working together, we handle all marketing and present you with a smaller group of potential tenants who have already been screened, from which you can choose. After that, we take care of all the paperwork, and the next time you hear from us, the tenant’s deposit and rent will be arriving in your account.

Questions & Answers

There are no completely fixed rules for how much rent you may charge for your apartment. In practice, the calculation is often based either on the cost-based model or a guideline of up to 10% of the property’s value. It is important to include all relevant expenses in the calculation, but also not to set the rent too high, as tenants may file a complaint about the rent level if they believe it is excessive.
Yes, you can sell your apartment even if it is rented out. However, the new owner must be aware that the tenant remains with the property.
The more time available to find a tenant, the greater the likelihood of renting the property at the right time. As a general rule, we recommend starting viewings about three months before you want the tenant to move in. However, it is often still possible to find interested tenants with only four to six weeks before the property becomes available.
