Hvad hæfter lejer for?

Det eneste du hæfter for, er vedligeholdelse og fornyelse af lås og nøgler. Derfor er der alligevel mulighed for at der kan være andet aftalt i lejekontrakten, og så gælder det. Derfor gælder det selvfølgelig om at være opmærksom på det. Du er også ansvarlig for vedligeholdelse af egne elementer, f.eks. hvis du installerer en vaskemaskine, selvom der står i lejekontrakten at udlejer er forpligtet til vedligehold af hårde hvidevare, er det kun dem der var ved indflytning.

Hvad er huslejen præcis?

Den husleje, du finder på vores hjemmeside, er altid den faktiske leje. Det vil sige, at du derudover skal betale for udgifter til vand, varme, el og i nogle tilfælde tv og internet. Vi kan give dig det omtrentlige månedlige forbrug på de enkelte lejeboliger. De forskellige beløb vil fremgå særskilt i din lejekontrakt. Ifølge dansk lovgivning skal udlejer kunne fremvise et regnskab for forbrugsomkostninger, derfor bliver huslejen og forbrugsomkostningerne altid opkrævet særskilt.

Hvordan betaler jeg forbrugsudgifterne?

Lejer du en lejlighed, betaler du oftest vand og varme direkte til udlejer I forbindelse med, at du betaler selve lejen. Lejer du et hus, betaler du ofte vand a conto direkte til udlejeren I forbindelse med, at du betaler for selve leje, mens øvrige omkostninger til el, varme, internet og så videre betales direkte til udbyderne. Vi hjælper dig selvfølgelig med at få overblik over betalingen, når du finder en lejebolig via os. Såfremt der er en administrationsaftale på lejemålet, står Liberty Housing for at aflæse diverse målere. Ellers skal du aftale dette direkte med udlejer ved indflytning.

Hvad med indboforsikring som lejer?

Hvis du lejer en lejebolig, som ikke er møbleret, har du ansvaret for at tegne en indboforsikring efter som det er dine ting, der er iI lejeboligen. Lejer du derimod en allerede møbleret lejebolig, har udlejeren ansvaret for at tegne en indboforsikring, der dækker de møbler, der er. Medbringer du din egen computer for eksempel eller et enkelt møbel, skal du fortsat tegne forsikring for disse ting, da de ikke er omfattet af udlejers forsikring.
